We work with clients big and small and are well equipped for prototypes or production runs of 10,000+ units. Experienced with a wide range of materials such as wood, plastic, metal and foam, we’re equally comfortable cutting nested shapes in sheets of plywood, or trimming carbon fiber. Our 5-axis CNC capabilities and experience give us an advantage in complex and organic shapes, and large machining areas of 60″ x 120″ x 29″ (1524mm x 3048mm x 736mm) allows for large work pieces.
We use industrial grade CNC routers with 15-20hp spindles, made with quality motion components and professional servos and controls. They are robust for heavy duty routing and machining while also being extremely accurate, allowing us to hold close tolerances.
